Established in 1979, Tewelding Engineers is one of the leading names in the welding industry and are engaged in manufacturing and exporting of all types of welding and cutting equipment and accessories. Tewelding is synonymous with high quality welding and cutting equipment under the brand name - Sterco. While, we have a strong network of dealers and distributors throughout India, we also export our products to countries like Middle East, South East Asia and North America.

The main products of our company include Multi Stage Gas Regulators, Special Purpose Regulators, Welding and Cutting Torches, Flashback Arrestors, Electrode Holders, Flow Meters etc. at different manufacturing units in Delhi and NCR.

Our aim is to deliver products designed with accuracy and precision. We pay attention to well-calibrated designs supporting exact pressure of gases, to deliver the gas at the desired pressure and flow rate.

Further, to give the quality output to our products, we ensure finest construction. This regulates outlet pressure, thereby determining the performance of the product.

Quality Assurance

We are committed towards higher quality standards and ensure that our clients get quality products and that too at competitive rates. We strictly adhere to international quality parameters and evaluate the quality of our products at each and every stage of production process. We have clearly defined guidelines for quality parameters and our quality check begins right from the stage when the raw material is sourced till the final product reaches the client.

We have a fully equipped in-house testing laboratory, where we analyze the purity of the metal and the amount of alloy to be used to ensure tenacity and reliability of our products. In addition to that, a series of repeat tests are conducted to assure the optimum level of quality conforming to the mark of international excellence. However, all our products are ISI marked, which means that they are certified for their quality by the Bureau of Indian Standards and conform to international standards as well.

Infrastructure
We have fully integrated state-of-the-art manufacturing units located in Delhi as well as Noida. Both the units are built over a large area that can accommodate an advanced infrastructure and a large workforce. Our machine shop is equipped with fully calibrated measuring instruments for greater accuracy. And from processing of the raw materials to giving final shape to the products, all activities are done under the expert supervision of qualified and experienced supervisors. We also have an advanced in-house laboratory equipped with latest testing equipment, which ensures greater accuracy and product enhancement.

So far as our existing clients are concerned, we have a list of clients, which not only includes reputed names from the private sector like, Hero Honda, Jaypee Group, Jaibharat Motors etc. but public sector giants like Railways, Indian Oil Corporation, BHEL etc. as well. Packaging
Special attention is laid on the avoidance of oxidation, scratches and breakage of equipment because our products are such that even a small scar or crack can pose a safety threat to its user. So, we take extra care in handling these products and our in-house packaging unit have got expertise in packaging them in appropriate boxes using jerk proof materials.
